Are you struggling to stay consistent in your real estate business no matter how many systems or strategies you try? Do you often feel overwhelmed by endless to-do lists, bouncing between tasks, and wondering what you actually accomplished at the end of each day? Are you constantly comparing yourself to other agents’ success and feeling like an imposter? Tired of being busy all day but not seeing the results you want in your business?
I’m so glad you’re here!
This podcast will help you create simple, ADHD-friendly systems, take the guesswork out of what you should be doing every day, and show you how to manage your time in a way that actually works for you…so you can grow a stable and profitable business, and finally have both a business and life you love!
Hi, I’m Heather —a wife, mom of three and long-time realtor. I spent years chasing success in real estate — busy all day, every day, yet never feeling like my results matched how hard I was working.
I was spinning my wheels, wasting money on every tool, system, and strategy that promised my business would finally click, but none of them actually helped me grow. I’d end each day exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering why I couldn’t just pull it together or find the level of success I saw agents all around me achieving.
It wasn’t until I hit a season of burnout and was diagnosed with ADHD that I finally realized that if I was going to create a consistent, stable business and finally achieve the success I desired in real estate I needed to understand ADHD, simplify my business and focus on what truly moves the needle.
I rebuilt my business from the ground up, creating a strategic plan I could actually stick with — simple systems that helped me know exactly what to do each day to grow in a way that works with my adhd brain, not against it.
And I’m so excited to share it with you!
If you’re ready to stop winging it and finally run your real estate business with confidence knowing you’re working on the right things — and doing them consistently- so you can grow and maintain a stable, profitable real estate business without the overwhelm, then you’re in the right place!
So reheat your coffee for the 10th time, open your notes app and let’s go!

Hi Friend,
Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) can feel overwhelming—like a wave of shame, embarrassment, or even anger—especially for those of us with ADHD. And here’s the thing: it doesn’t always require actual rejection.
For women in real estate with ADHD, the pressure of building a business, staying organized, and handling client relationships can amplify these feelings. Sometimes, it’s just perceived rejection that can leave us paralyzed, procrastinating, or avoiding situations altogether, which holds back your business growth.
In this episode, I share personal stories of how RSD has shown up in my real estate business and caused overwhelm and self-doubt.
More importantly, I’ll walk you through actionable strategies to manage RSD, reduce burnout, and keep showing up in your business with confidence.
Whether you’re navigating the challenges of ADHD as a realtor or simply looking for better ways to handle rejection, this episode is for you.
xo,
Heather

Hi Friend,
The holidays can bring so much joy… and also so much stress, especially when ADHD perfectionism enters the chat.
In this episode, we’re having an honest conversation about what happens when your holiday plans don’t go as expected—whether it’s last-minute chaos, missed traditions, or that familiar post-holiday emotional crash.
If you’re a woman in real estate with ADHD, you know how tricky it can be to juggle client expectations, family responsibilities, and your own high standards. I’m sharing personal stories, practical ADHD-friendly strategies like the 10-10-10 Rule and Permission Slips, and reminders that your worth isn’t tied to a “perfect” holiday.
Take a deep breath, friend—you’re not alone, and it’s not too late to reset and move forward with intention.
I hope this episode reminds you that you're doing a great job, even if your holidays didn't go a planned!
xo,
Heather
